Here are some of my favorites:
1) Leapster Explorers
Leapster Explorers are technological hand-held tools
that offer engaging, multi-sensory, standards-based games. I use them in my classroom during centers. Students interact with math facts, sound/spelling practice, reading, and vocabulary through
sight, sound, and physical touch. My kids LOVE using them as their center for that day and have so much fun while learning and reinforcing math and ELA skills.
2) Discovery Streaming & Brain POP Jr.

These two websites offer great videos or digital media for mini-lessons or review. Plus, my kids LOVE Moby on Brain POP! :)
3) My document camera
I can't say enough about having one of these babies in my classroom. They are such a wonderful resource to have and make teaching much easier! I can plop a book, worksheet, etc. and it will project pretty much anything you can place under it perfectly! LOVE IT!
4) SRA Imagine It! eSuite
Our ELA curriculum has an online component that each student has full access to any time of day (even at home). It has the student anthology, sound spelling practice games, decodable stories, fluency practice etc. I LOVE using this as part of our centers during language arts and the kids actually enjoy the various components of it too!
5) TumbleBooks
The TumbleBook Library is an online collection of animated, talking picture books that kids can read along with or listen to a story being read aloud to them. I love popping one of these on during indoor recess or rainy days. :) Our faves are the Robert Munsch series.
Now onto my resolutions:
1) Blog more often!
2) Get a SMART Board or something similar in my classroom
3) Apply for more technology grants...I'd love a listening station for my kids!
