1) My teacher binder
My teacher binder has multiple tabs
for all my teaching needs. It keeps everything accessible on hand
wherever I am (home, school, etc). The tabs are my weekly lesson
plans/pacing guides, student information, data and grade level
articulation stuff, common core checklists, and school information. The
binder section covers are from a "year of many firsts" and can be found here.
2) Erin Condren deskpad
I used to always have post-its sticking all over my desk b/c I needed
reminders of little things but no real place to write them without me
forgetting all about them. That is UNTIL I found this awesome deskpad
where my notes can stay in one place! LOVE, LOVE using this! And it
keeps my desk looking a whole lot neater. :) She makes other templates
and designs I'm sure you'll fall in love with too. Check out her stuff here!
3) File Folder Centers & Pocket Chart
I love using themed file folders for centers in ELA and math. I didn't
have a great way to keep them out and organized by genre until I saw
this great file folder pocket chart online! I have one for ELA centers
and one for math so the kids keep them separate. It helps the kids know
exactly where to put the file folder games back and once the month is
over, I can swap those out for new ones. Easy peasy! Not a *fancy* way
to stay organized, but it totally works for me. Now that I'm creating
more themed literacy and math units on TPT, I need a way to store and
organize them all!
Link up and share how you stay organized!
Love, love Erin Condren!
