Weekend Warriors: Pinspirational June-Interactive Door

Happy Saturday, friends! I'm back with more Weekend Warrior fun! This month, we're bringing you some fabulous "Pinspired" projects!
Today I'm sharing my interactive door inspired by Farley's beautiful interactive door seen below!

absolutely LOVED it when I saw it all over Pinterest and on sweet Farley's blog! I just knew I HAD to make one too! :) Farley explains what you'll need and how to set it up on her blog post...so make sure you stop by her blog to get all the deets.

Here is what I came up with!
interactive door, sailing into second, hands on learning
It's held up with command strips and my pretty pink whale ribbon!
I also added a little Target Dollar Spot bucket (couldn't find a cute one like Farley's) and added colorful smelly markers for the kids to use at this station!

My students LOVED using this as part of our ELA workshop time! They could not get enough of the interactive chart!! I think it was the smelly markers too. ;)

Thanks for stopping by and checking out our "Pinspired" projects! If you like what you read, follow me on Pinterest! I'll be back tomorrow with a post on another little project! Make sure to check out all of the fantastic posts from the bloggers below and come back next month for come back in July for some Juicy July TpT/blogging/teaching secrets!! Happy blog hopping!
