December is here! YAY! I can officially listen to holiday music in the car all the time! Although, I must confess I've already been doing that. DON'T JUDGE! I just love the holidays and all the music that comes with it. I can listen to "I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas" about a 100 times and not get sick of it. That's probably a sickness in itself. Here's my link up with Farley for her December currently!
Listening: To my fave...Michael Buble! Now if you follow me on Instagram, you'd know I went to see him Friday night in concert. It.was.amazing. A-MAZING people! He puts on such a great show and he's so charismatic. Swoon-worthy, I call it. Just ask the thousands of gals there paying beaucoup bucks to see him front row. Although, I kinda get why they fork over the big bucks...he sings right to you. If you get a chance to see him live, DO IT! Just don't say I didn't warn you about the swooning. ;)
Loving: MY BRUINS BEAT THE TROJANS...AGAIN! WOO-HOO! :) I won't go into detail about how my Bruins defeated USC 35-14. Or about the amazing touchdowns. Nope. Won't do it. Too many SC friends that might be tho thad!
Thinking: About finishing up the 3 Branches of Government unit I've been working on diligently. I'll have it ready by tonight!!
Wanting: To travel over winter break. That used to be our favorite tradition, but we haven't gotten to keep that up since we go married abroad. Pretty please, honey? :)
Needing: To write up a blog post about how my 3rd graders are stepping it up with the common core! Our weekly project-based hwk is awesome! I can't take the credit for it, my wonderful teammates put it all together over the summer before I got hired. They deserve all the credit!! Post will be coming soon! Pinky promise!
Favorite Tradition: Getting a REAL tree! As much as it's a HUGE pain to carry a Christmas tree up a flight of stairs and getting it into our little shoebox apartment in LA, it is sooooo worth having a fresh tree in our living room! It smells so good and just reminds me of the one we would have at my parents house. :)
I am super excited to check out your Branches of Government unit! You definitely need the real tree even though it is a pain! Can't wait to see your homework too! I will be back :)
