I am so stinking excited to be a part of Michaels Stores #Create2Educate Giveaway! When they asked me to create something special for my classroom, I couldn't resist! Who can say no to crafting and creating pretty things?! So I got my craft on, and decided to create a photo booth prop for my students to use the 1st day of school. Here's what I came up with!
What I love most about this project, is that after I take their pictures and print them out at Costco, I give them back to parents at Back-to-School Night as a little surprise. They LOVE seeing the adorable pictures on their students' desks!
Here are the supplies you'll need (minus the brushes...those are for another BTS project you'll see later!)
This project is as easy as spraying and letting it dry! I used the aqua spray paint for the frame, and the black chalkboard paint for the little tassels. I wrote on each one with chalk pens and strung each tassel with some thin twine. Lastly, I attached them to the back of the frame. TADA! Easy-peasy.
Want to enter? It's easy! Just follow these 3 steps:
The contest runs Friday, August 1st through Friday, August 15th. A random winner will be selected daily and will receive a $50 gift card to Michaels. All entries will be shared on the Michaels.com/Create2Educate.
